Alesia Barnes went over and above by helping me not only with the purchase of the property but also helping me to move in making sure the property was spotless for my move-in, literally helping me unload my household shipments, find buyers for any furniture we were not interested in keeping after the sale, but also keeping me updated on Oahu property values and potentially other properties available for purchase even before they came on the market. I had a property I had been trying to sell for over five years with no offers and very few showings. Through a friend, I was introduced to Alesia Barnes and after hearing so many positive comments about her so I immediately hired her to sell my home. She went to work the same day setting up contractors to make the necessary improvements to show my property. We cannot speak highly enough of Alesia. We had never even met Alesia when we contacted her since we were living overseas at the time. She not only jumped in right away to help us buy our home, but she also made it possible, through her tireless and thoughtful efforts, because we were buying it before moving to Kailua. She found and managed tenants prior to our arrival. In doing so, she thought of absolutely every detail, everything from stocking the house, which was empty, with furniture, kitchen equipment, household consumables, etc. There is no way we could have pulled that off without Alesia. In addition to being supremely professional and on top of things, she is a lovely and kind person. You honestly cannot go wrong with Alesia.
